This homeowner mainly used their basement for storage, and they wanted an open Rec Room so they could entertain family and friends. They absolutely loved that our products are moisture resistant and they love their newly finished basement! Now, they can't wait to show off their beautiful basement to family and friends! 

We gave them a family room that was much warmer and inviting than the basement they had before. Now they have a beautiful family room to make lots of memories in! 

The homeowners used their basement mainly for storage. After we were finished they had room for storage, a playroom, and a man cave! We used our mold and moisture resistant materials to make sure that this basement only needed to be finished once. The homeowners were happy to have more usable space and have value added to their home.

This family moved into their home in Milwaukee with a few children, so they wanted to finish their basement to add more space. One challenge that we faced was the placement of the basement stairs: they came right down the center of the basement. Our solution was to finish half of the basement, which was perfect! By leaving some space for storage, you are actually adding more value to your home, so these homeowners were happy with the result.
