In Hartland, WI, homeowners who have cherished their home since 1984 are now ready to transform their basement to better suit their growing family's needs. Built in 1969, the home’s basement will be updated with the EverLast Wall System, recessed lighting, and a SaniDry Air System, creating a functional and welcoming space. Inspired by their grandchildren's growth and the recommendation of Pastor Aaron, they’re eager to make the most of this long-awaited renovation, ensuring it meets their family's expanding needs.

Basement Remodeling: In Hartland, WI

Pastor Aaron reached out with a heartfelt journey of resilience after his parents' house tragically burned down a few weeks ago. Despite the devastation, they are determined to rebuild on the same foundation, symbolizing a powerful commitment to hope and continuity. The envisioned project embraces an open concept design, encompassing a 745 sq. ft. area that will house two bedrooms and a full bathroom. This thoughtful reconstruction not only aims to provide a new home but also honors the memories embedded in the foundation, fostering a space for healing and renewal. The resilient spirit driving this project echoes the strength of community and familial bonds, turning tragedy into an opportunity for a fresh start.

 

Basement Finishing Project in Jackson, WI

These homeowners wanted to utilize the space they had in their basement and add an office and family room. One of the homeowners had just gotten a promotion and were going to be starting to work from home. They had an idea of how they wanted their office space to look and had a picture for our design specialist to go off of. With our EverLast vinyl walls and ThermalDry carpet flooring in the color of Mocha, we were able to build them the perfect office and family room for them!

The current state of the finished basement, while functional, doesn't align with Linda's vision for optimal use. The proposed project aims to reimagine the space, creating a well-laid-out open concept that accommodates the needs of her daughter and 5-year-old grandson.

 

The envisioned layout involves a 736 sq. ft. area encompassing an open concept design seamlessly integrated with a bathroom, bedroom, and closet. This thoughtful redesign aims to maximize functionality and comfort, providing a welcoming living space for the family while incorporating essential elements for daily living. The project represents not only a renovation but a personalized transformation that aligns with Linda's vision for her new home.

Basement Finishing: In Palmyra, WI

In Palmyra, WI, homeowners who have lived in their home for 5 years are looking to transform their unfinished basement into a finished open-concept space. They discussed their plans at the NARI home show and are focused on completing an area of 400 sq ft. The project will involve finishing the exterior walls with EverLast Insulated Perimeter Wall panels and incorporating electrical work to make the space functional. This renovation aims to create a warm and inviting open-concept area that will enhance the basement's usability and overall appeal.
