These homeowners wanted to add a space in their basement for their teenage boys to have space to hang out and have friends over. We were able to build them a spacious family room with our EverLast vinyl walls. Their teenagers will spend countless hours making plenty of memories with their friends, as well as together as a family! 

This Hales Corners, WI family contacted us because they wanted additional living space for their expanding family. With our EverLast Vinyl Walls and Tiled Sandstone Gray ThermalDry Flooring, we created a spacious bedroom with an egress window and a beautiful full bathroom! 

Dual purpose - Allowing more light into their basement as well as having the added security of an emergency window.

A homeowner in Hales Corners, WI is looking to finish their currently unfinished basement by adding a rec room (multi-use space) and possibly a bathroom. They want a large open concept space with a bedroom area and a full bathroom. The renovation will include ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring in Walnut, recessed can lights, and a painted ceiling. The walls will be finished with Vinyl Everlast Perimeter Wall panels. They also want a SaniDry Sedona Air System for moisture control. The project will feature a 6-panel interior door with a lever-style nickel handle. Total space is 366 square feet.

These Waterford customers had four children, so finishing the basement just made sense. This has now given them plenty of space to run and play in the safety of their home. It doesn't matter what the weather is outside, they always have the basement!
