These homeowners contacted us because they own a one-story ranch home with a large unfinished basement. They wanted to utilize the unfinished space they had downstairs and transform it into a healthy finished rec room so their children could have a fun playroom. They were looking for some help with some design ideas and they were very impressed when they meet with one of our design specialists and he helped them put together the perfect layout for their basement. They knew we were the company for them and our materials would give them a healthy and safe environment for their children. With our EverLast Vinyl Walls, ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring in the color of Dark Walnut, and Linen Ceiling Tiles, we created a huge rec room equipped with a beautiful full bathroom. Now, their children have a spacious playroom with the added convenience of having a bathroom on the same floor and they will never have to worry their children are playing in an unsafe or unhealthy environment.

Old Unfinished Basement

The homeowners previously used this space primarily for storage space. Now, instead of being cluttered with boxes, there is a beautifully finished full bathroom here!

Bathroom Framing
