These homeowners in Shorewood, WI had their basement flood a few times due to a foundation issue and the grading of their land. They had work done to fix the foundation issue and the grading and had not had any water problems since they had the issues fixed. Even though they had not had any more water coming into their basement, they were worried it could still happen again. Because they were worried that their basement may flood again, they didn't think finishing their basement would ever be a possibility.
