"Why did I want to finish our basement? Well, it was because we already had a finished basement that was in need of updating. We had a sewage backup, which was totally gross. So, we had to gut everything and in the process, we found out that we had a wall falling in. We got that fixed and we wanted the space to entertain again and put in a 3/4 bath.
