Recently, my wife and I had our basement refinished by Buck Buckley’s Total Basement Refinishing System. At first, we were a bit apprehensive that Buck’s mold resistant system was going to be well out of our price range. So, we scheduled appointments with other potential contractors. By doing this, it proved to us that Buck’s pricing was comparable to the other estimates that we received and yet we would be receiving this mold and mildew resistant system that the other companies did not offer. Buck Buckley provides a discount if you sign up with them immediately. The sales presentation was very informative and low keyed. While they wanted to secure our business they did not apply pressure.
The work took a bit longer than we anticipated but we were in no hurry. Our basement looks just wonderful! Our friends and relatives really cannot believe the beautiful transformation. What used to be just storage is now a beautiful entertaining area.
From start to finish our basement upgrade was overseen by David, Project Manager, from Buck Buckley. With any projects, things happen and we were no different, but David was always that calm in the storm. He dropped by often and was always just a phone call away. Many times, David would encourage us to tell him that if anything was not to our liking that they could change direction and make it happen. There was a point when I needed to pick up tile but couldn’t because I had to work. Without hesitation, David volunteered to pick up the tile and bring it to our place. It was an 80-mile round trip!
Buck Buckley subcontracted with Universal Global, LLC to assist with our project. KJ and Rico (especially Rico) spent many weekdays, weekends and evenings away from their families to help make our dream a reality. Oren was the electrician that Buck Buckley subcontracted with, and he was so professional and knowledgeable. Overall, a terrific job was done by a top notch company! Larry and Sandy from Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
They were very friendly, they had a lot of great ideas, they were always...
