The homeowner, who has enjoyed a consistently dry basement over the past 10 years, is now embarking on an exciting project to fully finish the space. The unfinished basement will undergo a comprehensive transformation, including flooring (carpet or alternative), drywall installation, painting, electrical work, and the potential addition of an ethernet network drop. The plan also encompasses a drop ceiling with lighting and a specialized enclosure for the furnace area.   Having heard about our services through recommendations in the subdivision's Facebook group, the homeowner expressed the desire to convert the entire basement into a functional and aesthetically pleasing area. The comprehensive list of requirements includes electrical work, the installation of a drop ceiling, lighting solutions, flooring considerations, and the possibility of incorporating an ethernet drop for internet connectivity. Additionally, the homeowner is contemplating the inclusion of a wet bar in the basement.   The designated area for transformation covers 436 square feet and is designed as an open concept with a BBTBF ceiling. The homeowner has provided the carpet for the flooring, and the plan includes the installation of a Sanidry dehumidification/air purification system to maintain optimal air quality.   The goal is to create an extremely efficient and inviting open concept space that serves both as a living room area and an additional entertainment space.
