The family didn't want to have to go all the way upstairs just to use the bathroom, so we gave them a bathroom in the basement!

We added a beautiful sink and counter top to their bathroom! They also choose their own tile for the flooring and we installed it for them!
Storage Space
With adding the bathroom and bedroom, the family still wanted some space for storage, so we were able to add some closets for them!
