Project Manager Fixes Leaky Pipe

While our Project Manager, Nick Holzbauer, was on a delivery, he noticed that one of the pipes in the homeowner's home had a loose screw and was leaking. He had noticed the leak after they had gotten all of our products delivered into the basement and the homeowner was now on a zoom call for work. Nick didn't want to disturb the homeowner while she was working, so he took it upon himself to fix the leak for them. He tightened up the screw, fixed the leak, took some photos, and sent them over to the homeowner to let her know about the leak and that it had been fixed. The homeowner was extremely thankful to Nick for going above and beyond.
