Cats Just Want to Be Wild in Glendale, WI

When we do our deliveries, the homeowners aren't always there and we sometimes have to make sure that their fur babies stay inside. This time when our delivery crew, Nick, Kayla, and Aaron, got to a customer's home in Glendale, WI, they called the customer to let them know they had arrived and got the okay to go in. Once they got inside, they were delighted and a bit surprised to see two beautiful and adventurous felines. Our crew was worried if they left the cats out and about, that they might sneak out during the delivery. So they decided it would be best to catch the kitties and put them in a room with their food and litter box. This would ensure that the kitties were in a safe place and they wouldn't run the risk of escaping during the delivery!

After the delivery was done they opened the door and the cats we able to roam free once again! They called the homeowner to let them know everything was delivered and what was done with the cats. The homeowner was extremely thankful and apologetic because he said he had forgotten to put them into the room before he left for work that morning. We assured him it was no problem at all, we strive to give "wow service" to all of our customers, furry or not, here at Buck Buckley's Total Basement Finishing.
