Caring for our customers is the top priority for our team here at Buck Buckley's Total Basement Finishing. To this end, our sales and design team headed down to Chicago recently to take a 2-day course that helped refresh and improve the skills they use every day. The focus was completely on improving customer care; maintaining total product knowledge so they can answer any and all questions, handling unexpected situations with grace, and making any and all types of people feel comfortable when in their homes. 

From left to right, you can meet these team members: Our owner, Buck Buckley, and our three design representatives Paul Scherer, Chuck Hauser, and Jim Kophamel. We take great care when choosing our team members because we want our company (our family!) represented well to each one of our customers.
