Above and Beyond

It has been a while since I have blogged, but in a way, I guess that is a good thing, it means we have been very busy! Just in the last week, we welcomed 7 new families to the Buck Buckley's Total Basement Finishing family! Why do so many people go with us? Is it our waterproof and mold proof materials that we use? Is it our warranties? Is it our amazing referrals and testimonials on our website, the Better Business Bureau's website, and Angie's List? Is it that we do not believe in "high pressure" and let people make up their own minds once we give them the facts?  We would like to give credit to each of those things, but also to our "WOW" service!

We pride ourselves that we try each and every day to go above and beyond what anyone's expectations are of us. For instance, just last month, a customer of ours in Whitefish Bay whom we installed a sun house window for (amongst many other things) discovered they had accidentally cracked their window well cover. Now the purpose of this cover is to keep rain and animals out and there was a LOT of rain in the forecast! They put in a call to our production manager, David Preece. David immediately dropped what he was doing and was on the case! He realized that it would be a couple of days before a new one would get here if we ordered it from the manufacturer, so with some quick thinking, knowing it was a long shot, he called our sister company, Badger Basements, to see if they had a spare one in stock. Eureka! They did! Without a moment’s hesitation, David jumped in the car from his home in Pleasant Prairie, drove all the way to Fort Atkinson, picked up the new window well cover, drove all the way to Whitefish Bay, took off the old cover and replaced it with the new one himself, and drove home.  Our customers were so impressed that it was handled so fast, efficiently, and professionally, that they will always be raving fans of Buck Buckley's Total Basement Finishing. We realize that life happens, and when it does, we will be there for our customers 100% of the way. They are our top priority and nothing is more important than our customer's happiness and making them impressed with every interaction we have with them!
