These homeowners in Milwaukee, WI had their second child on the way and wanted to gain additional living space for their growing family. They wanted their children to have a playroom where they could spend time together and store all of their toys. The adults wanted a space to themselves as well where they could relax and read while their kids play. Since the family would be spending a lot of time in the finished basement, they wanted to make sure that it would be a safe and healthy environment for many years to come.
