We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team! Your vision will help homeowners see their basements come to life and show them why we are the right company. 

About this Role:

*Appointments are scheduled from 10 am to 4:30 pm the schedule is flexible

*Reps are given qualified appointments each week

*100% Commission Pay Structure w/ bonuses

*Paid Training

Responsibilities:

*Understand homeowner's goals

*Measure basement space

*Design and create 3-D rendering

*Sell project all in the same appointment

*Turn paperwork in on time

*Continue Sales Training Education

Qualifications:

*Friendly, social, outgoing, and motivated

*Humble, hungry, and smart

*Personal accountability

*Reliable vehicle

*Basic computer skills

*Deadline and detail-oriented

*Ability to build rapport with clients

*Ability to listen and talk with clients

*Sales Experience Needed

Additional Information:

*Must have previous Sales experience - in-home, or outside sales

*Must be able to conversate with a variety of personalities
